Does it contain cream?   No, I'm sorry the cows have nothing to do with this product.  Nothing but pure maple syrup meticulously prepared.  It's a spreadable delight that may be used on toast, bagels, waffles, pancakes, as a fruit dip, or as a cake frosting.
